About ATLASFlow

The AI revenue engine for the trades.

ATLASFlow is an AI software company founded in 2025 by Brendan Willey in Edmonton, Alberta. We build the system that turns a roofing or HVAC company's ad spend into booked estimates and paid jobs: done-for-you ads, MIYA, an AI sales agent that answers every lead in under a minute, and a dashboard that tracks every dollar.

Founders Circle: 20 companies, one per trade per city

Trades companies don't lose jobs to competitors. They lose them to the clock.

A homeowner fills out a form at 7:42 PM. The owner is on a roof, at an estimate, or asleep. By the time anyone calls back, the homeowner has booked someone else. The ads worked. The follow-up didn't.

A huge market run from the owner's phone.

Roofing and HVAC are two of the largest trades in North America, and they are overwhelmingly small, owner-run businesses. The average US roofing contractor has about two employees. The owner is the sales team.

What we built

  • Done-for-you ads

Facebook and Google campaigns for high-ticket work: reroofs, replacements, AC and furnace installs.

  • MIYA, the AI sales agent

Replies to every lead in under a minute, qualifies, books the estimate and follows up for weeks. The owner approves anything that matters.

  • The ATLASFlow app

Pipeline, inbox, agenda and a revenue dashboard built for an owner reading it in the truck.

See how it works

Why now

Until recently, answering a lead meant a person had to pick up the phone. Today an AI agent can hold a real text conversation with a homeowner, ask the right questions and book the estimate in under a minute, at any hour.

Trades owners already live on their phones and already pay for leads. What they have never had is someone whose only job is follow-up. ATLASFlow gives them that, and ties it to the dollars it produces.

Territory exclusivity turns early adoption into a moat: once we run a market for one roofer, their competitors can't get ATLASFlow in that city.

Where we're going

  1. Phase 1

    Founders Circle, 2026

20 roofing and HVAC companies, one per trade per city, done for you: ads, MIYA and the app.

  2. Phase 2

    Hybrid, 2027

More trades and more cities. Done-for-you service alongside a self-serve version of the software.

  3. Phase 3

    Software first, 2028

A self-serve AI revenue engine for owner-operators across the trades in North America.

The long game is an AI team for the owner-operator. Sales first, then scheduling, collections and ads, so a five-person trades company can run like a fifty-person one.

The founder

Brendan Willey is the founder and CEO of ATLASFlow. He scaled Bakscape, a direct-to-consumer brand, from $0 to $12M in three years on paid ads, then founded Willey Digital, an Edmonton agency running ads for trades companies.

ATLASFlow came out of that agency work. The ads kept producing leads, and the leads kept dying in the owner's phone. So he built the system that works them.

Quick facts

Who founded ATLASFlow?

Brendan Willey founded ATLASFlow in 2025 and runs it as founder and CEO. Before ATLASFlow he scaled Bakscape, a direct-to-consumer brand, from $0 to $12M in three years, and founded Willey Digital, a marketing agency in Edmonton that runs paid ads for trades companies.

What does ATLASFlow do?

ATLASFlow is an AI revenue engine for roofing and HVAC contractors. It runs the ads, answers every new lead in under a minute with MIYA, its AI sales agent, qualifies the lead, books the estimate, follows up on quotes for weeks, and tracks every dollar from first click to paid job.

What does ATLAS stand for?

ATLAS stands for Automated Trades Leads and Sales Flow. People call the company ATLASFlow or ATLAS.

What is MIYA?

MIYA is the AI sales agent inside ATLASFlow. She texts new leads within a minute, asks qualifying questions, books estimates, sends reminders, follows up on quotes and drafts payment reminders. Anything that matters, like pricing or discounts, goes to the owner for approval first.

Where is ATLASFlow based?

ATLASFlow is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and works with contractors in Canada and the United States.

Who is ATLASFlow for?

Owner-operated residential roofing and HVAC companies with roughly 3 to 20 people, where the owner still sells most jobs and follow-up happens when the owner has time.

How is ATLASFlow different from ServiceTitan, Jobber or an agency?

Field service tools run the jobs you already have. Agencies send leads and a report. ATLASFlow does the part in between that nobody owns: it works every lead the moment it arrives, keeps following up until the customer decides, and shows the owner exactly what each ad dollar turned into.
